PUBLIC HEARING: Town of Flora Proposed Sewer Rates

Property owners, ratepayers, and other interested parties in or served or to be served by the Sewage
Works of the Town of Flora are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 2024-02 establishing rates and
charges for services to be rendered by the Sewage Works, was introduced at a meeting of the Town
Council held on June 3, 2024.

At a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 27th day of June, 2024, in the Town Hall, 4 East Main Street, Flora, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of rates and charges, and consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No.
2024-02 which provides in part as follows:
