Painting Yoga

Be Moved Power Yoga will guide you through a yoga session that will leave you with a piece of art!

We will be painting with our bodies so please wear clothes that are ok to stain. Paint is water based and body safe. Painting will be done on large pieces of paper, if you would like to bring a yoga mat to put under your paper please make sure that it is a mat that will not be upsetting if you get paint on it. Come ready to bend and stretch, know your limits!
