Young breast cancer survivors often face significant unmet needs that affect their quality of life in the domains of psychological, practical and social support. Identifying and addressing these needs is essential for effective, holistic survivorship care. Join us in this discussion during October Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A young breast cancer survivor will be joining the event to give her true and heartfelt story of the journey through breast cancer care.
