CARROLL COUNTY – Indiana Department of Transportation contractor E&B Paving LLC will begin a resurfacing project on U.S. 421 between State Road 26 and just north of State Road 25 on or after Monday, April 3.
The roadway will be reduced to one lane with flaggers directing traffic in the area where work is occurring. This project will be ongoing through late May.
INDOT encourages drivers to allow extra time when driving through this area and follow traffic directions carefully. Motorists should slow down, exercise caution and drive distraction-free through all work zones.
