Lt. Governor seeking nominations for 2017 AgriVision Award

INDIANAPOLIS  – Do you know a visionary from Indiana who has made significant contributions to agriculture? If so, nominate them today for the 2017 Indiana AgriVision Award. The winner will be recognized by Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch during a ceremony at the 2017 Indiana State Fair.

“It’s important to show our appreciation for those thought leaders who have really taken Indiana agriculture to the next level,” Lt. Governor Crouch said. “Whether it’s through innovation or other advances in the industry, Hoosiers are making a positive impact every day, both nationally and internationally, and I look forward to honoring one such individual at the 2017 Indiana State Fair.”

Now in its 11th year, the AgriVision Award is open to any Indiana resident and all sectors of agriculture – from bioenergy to livestock to trade.
