A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Carroll County is hereby noticed for June 30, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in theCircuit Courtroom, third floor, Courthouse, 101 W. Main Street, Delphi,Indiana. The Board has invited members of the County Council to be present, so this notice is also given for the Council to permit a majority of the Council members to be present. The Board will receive information, ask questions and discuss the proposed construction of a new jail. The meeting will be open to the public (subject to the limitation required to maintain social distancing, and subject to the requirement of face covering). The Board’s intent is for this meeting to be for the information, discussion and questions of the Board and the Council members in attendance without public participation and to adjourn no later than 8:00.
